READ A SHORT PARAGRAPH BELOW ON THE 50th LAW from MEN's WEALTH MAGAZINE.

"I first heard of The 50th Law through a friend of mine and I was immediately intrigued by the title and the subject matter. I mean, it’s gotta be a worthwhile read considering that it’s based on Curtis Jackson’s (AKA 50 Cent) life story. I didn’t do anything about it for a while and then I found The 50th Law sitting on my brother’s dresser and I immediately seized the opportunity to give it a read. But before I get into the book, who the hell is Robert Greene? I had no idea so I looked him up. He’s an American author who also authored a book titled “The 48 Laws of Power” that has been referenced to in several rap songs. He is well known for writing books on power and strategy and how they relate to an individual’s life. With that said, it seems that The 50th Law would be amazing, but in truth, it is mediocre, mainly due to its repetitive tone and in my opinion, a ridiculous parallel between the life of Curtis Jackson and various greats in the history of mankind.

The first part of the book discusses the emotion of fear and how it hinders us to actualize a specific goal we may have in mind. In fact, the theme of fear is perhaps the single greatest theme encompassing this book. It discusses the nature and psychology of fear as well as the keys to battling this hindering emotion. Robert Greene and Curtis Jackson do this by making use of examples from history and how we can learn from the greats such as Napoleon Bonaparte, Malcolm X, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Fredrick Douglas, and Thomas Alva Edison.

Throughout the book you will find various topics like economics, ambition, handling emotion, hustling, and various facets of modern day psychology. There is some really good information available in this book, and it is truly helpful. For example, the book discusses how technology has caused us to become excessively impatient, and as a result, we fail to realize that anything worth attaining in life takes a process, a long, hard process that we don’t quite understand."

Re: The 50th Law - By 50 Cent and Robert Green Discussion Group Workshop

Hi, I am not quite sure where to put this posting, so I decided to put it here.

I read the 50th Law, and it is one of the books that inspire me. It widens my perspectives and my ways of thinking essentialy. As I love audio books, I tried to also get the audio version. But I live in Munich, Germany. As it turned out, at present, there is no way you can buy the audiobook from here. It seems to be restricted to English speaking countries.

For example, Amazon is seperated into national sections, and Amazon.de doesn’t sell the 50th Law audiobook. Nor does Amazons MP3-plattform Audible sell this audiobook if you are logged in there via somewhere in Germany. I tried to get the audiobook on Ebay, but articles on Ebay are also just for destined countries, and nobody sells it to the German area. I have tried everything, but it is available nowhere from here, and pirate downloading is not an option for me.

You know, I really love audiobooks. And when I read a book like this one, it is not enough for me just to read it or work through it. I want to live it. And for me that means I have to dip into it, and therefore I must hear it. So I want to ask you, If you could make the audiobook available for all counrties?

Thanks for reading and greetings from Munich – Sebastian
